"I had a most enjoyable experience with cycle concepts. I called about having some chrome work done and they were most helpful. I took in my motorcycle wheels, hub, and pulley to get a estimate and time frame on turn around time. Guess what? They were right on the money for both and they also did the bearing removal, reinstall and new tires for me. The prices were compairable to internet stores and the work was great. I couldn't be happier. Thanks a bunch guys."

"I never really went here for parts until last year when i got a KTM and i wish i would have went to Cycle Concepts before then, these guys know what they're doing and what they are talking about!!! everybody there helps me and my dad out, and if a part was broke and nobody around had it 9 times out of 10 Cycle Concepts had it. they are everything anybody could dream of in a motorcycle dealership. I can't say enough good things about the shop and everybody in it. make sure you get everything you need from these guys!! you wont regret it!!!"

"I called and spoke with Justin about a 2010 250SX a little while back. The 2010 models were just coming out, so it would be a little while before any came in. I put down a deposit, and since the bike they were originally waiting on was still a ways out with no ETA, they contacted another dealer in South Carolina who had one in stock. The SC dealer brought it up to a GNCC in North Carolina, where one of the riders Cycle Concepts sponsors picked it up, and brought it back. Great customer service, especially for a first-time customer such as myself. "

"Bought/picked up a bike here. Local dealer was out of stock on a 200XC and sent me here. Great shop, especially for a KTM owner. Seem to keep parts in stock that others don't. Driving the 100 miles to get there tomorrow morning to pick up fork seals that none of the dealers within 50 miles have in stock even though the same part number fits everything from a 125 to a 950!!!"

"I needed a helmet so I could ride with my husband. Not being a rider this was the first time that I had bought a helmet. My husband suggested using Cycle Concepts. They were great!!! I had no idea how to fit a helmet and I wanted something girlie. They had no problem special ordering my a helmet with a flower design on it that fits perfect. (Much safer than my husband's hand me down). This was a great experience for some one as unexperienced as I am. Thanks again guys for all of your help!!!"

"I have been dealing with cycle concept since 1997 and never had any bad issues with them ever. I refer all my friends to them. The new owner rocks he puts the definition of customer service into context. Just a couple of weeks ago I met one of my friends at cycle concepts to drop his motorcycle off and to make a long story short they close at three on saturdays Don and his son waited there for over an hour without any complaints and while waiting gave me some insight to some problems that I was having with my own. Now I know they can't service everyone but I think everyone should try these guys out."

"Bought front tire and they hooked me up on a back tire and two more helmets . They gave me a great deal and all the employees were curtios treated mewith great respect.They arewell knowledgable on the products they are selling and even taught me a couple of things about tires that i didnt know . "I have a couple of stories to tell aout my experiences with Cycle Concepts: 1. Besides my KTM motorcycles, I also have a 2003 Goldwing. I needed fork seals and an oil filter and went to my local Honda shop. I figured they might not have the fork seals, but they would certainly have to have the oil filter--how else would the mechanics do oil changes? Wrong--fooled again. Went by Cycle Concepts to pick up parts for one of the KTM's; asked about the Honda oil filter--yep, they had it in stock. Asked about the fork seals--yep, had them in stock. 2. Buddy of mine had been looking for exhaust springs for his kid's Kawasaki 85 and no one in town had them--yep, Cycle Concepts had them.3.KTM has been having some supply problems while they have been moving into a new distribution center--I watched them pull some parts off a new bike to take care of a customer who had back-ordered parts. All-in-all, they pretty much rock."
